I cooked white rice with chopped bell pepper, steamed broccoli, and baked the salmon with olive oil, salt, and pepper. On top of the salmon is a thai chile paste mixed with mayo and thai peanut sauce.
For the oatmeal, I chopped 4 apples and reduced them down with honey and cinnamon. Then I boiled the oatmeal and mixed together.

    I always worry about storing and reheating cooked salmon, especially more than a couple days. Any advice?
