Buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese dip and celery (also brocolli stalks because my wife doesn’t like celery)
First attempt turned out pretty well. Did way too much blue cheese dip and the wings were nice and juicy but not crisp or spicy enough for me. Less blue cheese dip, will cook the wings longer and put some hot sauce on the side next time.
Otherwise great though, happy with how they turned out.

That’s like 20 $0.50 extra sides of bleu cheese.

Looks good! You made them in the oven, right? What I like to do with oven wings is par bake them first at like 300 (freedom units…sorry) for 30 minutes on a raised rack. Pull them out and set to like 425 on the convection setting to crisp them up. Then put them in until they’re a nicer golden brown. That way they’re cooked through and crispy.
