Add 1 egg and season it with 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon each of garlic powder, chili powder, and oregano. Blend these flavors into the beef, then incorporate 1 tablespoon of mustard and 2 tablespoons of ketchup. Mix thoroughly and set this aside.

Next, prepare the aromatic vegetable mix. Halve an onion, grate one half, and mix it with the beef. Finely chop a handful of parsley and add it to the mixture. For the other half of the onion, dice and sauté it in a pan with oil and butter until soft. Add a grated carrot to the pan, cooking alongside the onions. Meanwhile, boil 2 eggs for the filling.
