    20g psyllium husk powder
    440g water
    200g starter
    13g salt
    180 brown rice, 180 arrowroot starch, 60 sorghum
    20g honey

    Baked until loaf weighed 958g, so about 12% weight loss using a Dutch oven and pretty typical SD temperature controls (480 preheat, 420 after uncovering).
