Haven’t seen or heard much mention of these, and not sure if they are testing, rolling out, or what have you. I am in Northern Utah, and found them in several stores, including the Kroger chain. Think I also saw them at Walmart.

They are not an equal replacement to real corn tortillas, but they make a really nice facsimile. I’ve used them for tacos and crushed up in a salad .

I realize for some these are probably not going to work, but I have found they do not spike me very much. I realize that everyone is unique, and what is good for someone, may not be good for others. But it is so nice to have an option for tacos.

  2. I’m interested to try these, but I hear they just shatter apart. They might be better for something like a taco salad or something where you just crumble them up.

I’d rather eat the box they came in.

My keto journey has not included supplementing what I love with keto products. For total long term success I needed to completely divorce the foods I was addicted to. As a full blown carb addict, my success was dependent on eliminating tortillas, burritos, tortilla chips, bread(bagels), and everything else from my life because I never had any food restrictions. Im sure these are great alternatives, I just can’t trick myself.

I like the soft “carb balance” tortillas, but haven’t tried these.

  6. Modified tapioca starch, palm oil, xanthan gum, cellulose gum 🤮

Sooooooo delicate. I just bought my first package of them and every single one was broken. Still tasty though! TBH, I’ll go back to using cheese shells and likely won’t buy these again, though. I try my best to stay away from prepackaged keto “treats”.
