These are “tublin” dry age bags and sealer is simple but reputable brand, what’s going on? I have two buttons vac seal and seal button. Tried different times and pushing but result is pretty similar.
Tried searching for similar problems but can’t find, I can’t be the first one?

Looks like the heating element either wasn’t designed for that brand of bags, or has “hot spots”. You are heating the plastic too high, and melting it, as opposed to heating it enough to fuse the plastics together.

What kind of sealer are you using? Following any instructions from the manufacturer or just winging it? UMAI bags are the same as yours and might be easier to research as they’re more popular.

From the UMAI website : “Regarding automated vertical FoodSaver 3400, 3800 and 4800 model sealers, please be aware that their highly automated functionality can make it difficult-to-impossible to trick into sealing”

Looks like you’re trying to re-seal a bag that came from a butcher or grocery? I’ve never been able to get those to work with a consumer style vacuum sealer.
