No baking stone, whatsoever. I’ll need to get one to make the bottoms uniformly well baked.

  2. What’s your recipe? Every time I try to make pizza out of sourdough it’s too dense.

    Looking great! If you prebake the bottoms in a pan to your desire (with a bit of flour) while putting the toppings on and then shove the pizza under the grill in the oven you can skip the stone.
