Pumpkin egg bites with chicken, cheese, spring onion and dried chilli, 50 cals 4g protein each

I can't remember where I saw these first so thank you if it was someone from this sub! Mix ingredients, pour into greased silicone muffin tins, air fry for 12 mins. Very customisable, I can see a sweet version working too!
