Excellent, chutoro, akami, tai?, salmon. Also love the handrolls. When starting out I started with nigiri, sashimi and hand rolls. They came out looking atrocious. Where do you get your fish? My closest Costco is 45 min away and it’s The worst Costco I’ve ever visited, no sushi fish. Then I have H Mart the next closest at an hour away but they’re sushi fish is expensive. Sometimes I get mucky and have friends donate or sell me fresh tuna but that hasn’t happened in a while.
