I got my usual text on Sunday at 10 am that my box would be delivered Monday, our usual day, but never got follow up text with a time window. At 8pm last night (Monday) I received this email. It is now 5pm Tuesday and I've not gotten any updates or and updated tracking link. I messaged Veho and they said they would try to update me soon with the delivery window.
So my question is, how long do these boxes actually last?
If the box is no longer cold, will hello fresh refund us or am I out of luck since it is a courier issue.
I've had dozens of boxes, this is not a complaint, just wondering. Thanks in advance y'all!!

I don’t know the answer to your question but I[‘m curious what these “specially insulated liners” are. Mine comes in a brown paper bag with a large ice pack. I’m assuming the ice pack is the “state of the art cooling technology” but there are no insulated liners in my boxes, ever.
The boxes stay cold for about 72 hours after they reach the warehouse location in your city
I am very sure hello fresh will refund you if you never received or if there is any damages
