Beef swapped out for pork and mushrooms cooked in butter and a glug of white wine, layers of Parma ham and a panko, white sauce made with marscapone and nutmeg, layers of taleggio in between. Panko, parmesan and parsley crust. La Bosh

Honestly, it’s weird to see a lasagne that has no red from sauce etc….
Otherwise it sounds amazing. Might give a variant like this a go!
