Last (and first) time I made wings, I used Meat Church Voodoo and Honey Hog Hot. Liked the Honey Hog Hot, but the Voodoo, while the heat level was good, tasted too salty for me (and I like my salt!). Decided to try something different this time, so bought some Frag Out Flavor. I went with flavors that sounded like they'd be good for wings. The flavors are as follows: 1) Warthog: Maple Bacon, 2) Freedom Spice: Honey BBQ, 3) Red Line: Honey Chipotle, and 4) Fitty: Mango Habanero.

I bought a multi-pack of party wings from Costco (not frozen). Patted everything dry. Sprinkled them with baking powder (didn't measure it, but made sure everything was lightly coated), then put them on a rack for a bit. There were 60 wings, so did 15 of each flavor. And yes, I did the 0-400⁰ method. Flipped at 40 minutes, then went another 25 and took them off (probably should have just done 20).

Turned out pretty crispy. Not deep fried crispy, but pretty good. Flavors weren't as strong as I was expecting, especially for the mango habanero (expected it to be hotter), but the flavors were good. Nothing was too salty. I'd definitely suggest trying them.
