The ratio on these sandwiches always looks terrible. And I don’t want a sandwich that falls apart immediately! That defeats the entire point of a sandwich.

IMO the choice order at Katz’s is pastrami on rye with mustard. Reubens are great and all, but when the pastrami’s that good I want the bare minimum to distract from it.

Pastrami on rye with mustard is the only correct order at Katz. Corned beef was good but not as good as pastrami
