Those look great! When I grew these they took forever. It’s probably the slowest baccatum I’ve grown–way longer than Sugar Rush Peach. You did well to get that big of a harvest in before the frost. Overwintering should make a big difference next year.
Great flavor on these! I made some nice roasted red pepper soup with mine. Aji Delight is a similar pepper, but mostly heatless and much faster to ripen. I grew the two together and got a lot of use out of them in the kitchen.
