I absolutely LOVE making focaccia! By far my absolute favorite thing to make! I find it WAY too satisfying to play piano on that thing after a nice poofy proof! And then make some edible abstract art on top of it.
For thanksgiving I made a stuffing focaccia with sauted mirepoix, ground sausage, and herbs. Will literally never make stuffing ever again.
Making focaccia is my favorite. My new obsession is baking a wheel of Brie and a bunch of goat cheese in it. Now it’s a complete appetizer. So good

Looks amazing! How do y’all eat it? I made some the other day for a mozzarella tomato sandwich. I’ve had a ton of sandwiches and need a new way to eat the rest that’s more than just eating straight bread 😭

We found a recipe that finally worked for us recently and now we always have focaccia. Recent upgrade for us has been doing olive oil on the bottom, but hot chili oil on top. Spicy focaccia is best focaccia 🤌
