My partner did a technical challenge from GBBO. How did he do? Here's his description:

Strawberry Tarts – buttery short crust pastry, silky crème pâtissière, and glazed fresh berries

Egg Sandwiches – in freshly baked soft, golden plaited bread rolls

Individual Sandwich Cakes – light sponge layers filled with homemade tangy lemon curd and Chantilly cream
