I don't have any pics of the inside of my dough yet and that may be because im too busy eating all of it. But I been stalking this sub for about 4 months now. And started to make sourdough consistently for a month! and I personally started to do this journey because with having a full-time job, and being a full time student I needed something ELSE to do to pretty much decompress the clutter and the burn out in my mind.
So I started baking and I hope to share many more pictures with you guys and girls!!! Im willing to answer any questions that I can if ya'll have any

The ingredients that I use for my bread is pretty simple.
Ingredients
500g bread flour
350g water
9g salt
9g olive oil
Open baked at 450 for 35 minutes.
