    That crust is 🔥 Try flipping every 15 seconds or even 30 seconds if you’re cooking in a pan.

    That looks better than 90% of steaks I’ve seen at nice steakhouses. Would smash. I like the crust, I personally go for more of a mahogany, but I don’t use any sugars on the exterior. That also could be just a tiny bit too much heat. Nicely done.

    Bruh, perfect. All you need to do now is stand at your counter and slice really thin eat a piece then save a piece for dinner. Repeat until steak is gone.
