This was a fun find from my local retailer this week. I picked up a few bottles and decided to pop one open tonight!
Appearance:
Very yellow in color and not showing much age at all
Nose:
Lemon, lime, yellow flowers and a petrol nose…not overpowering though. There is also a slight eucalyptus hint.
Palate:
Good acidity, citrus fruit, and mint. Salty
Overall:
If you were to blind me on this wine I would guess it was less than 10 years old! It is still showing such fresh fruit and the acidity is very in balance. If you find any wines from this producer I would buy buy buy anything you can find!!
