375 Grms water, 150 grms starter, 25 grms honey , 20 grms Olive oil , 12 grms salt, 500 grms AP Flour. Mix. Rest 1 hour. S&G 4 times at 30 minutes interval . BF for 4-5 hours at room temperature. Form into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Let rise ilat room temperature for 3 hours . Bake 375°F for 35-40 min.
