Burger night! A little late this week, but finally got it done. Last night’s special had two home ground chuck smash patties, American cheese, smoked Roma tomatoes, Sumac onions, and homemade burger sauce, on a buttered and griddled brioche bun.

As soon as I saw the sumac onions, I knew this was legit. How was it?
