follow up to my surprisingly controversial lasagne I posted yesterday. I had some dough and sauce left after making them, so I decided to cut some tagliatelle today (there's little sauce cause there wasn't much left sadly). this is a spinach dough, ence the green color. if anyone's interested I posted the recipe for it yesterday!

Pasta looks good but that’s such a tiny portion of ragú you might as well call it Dickensian ragú.
