My first attempt at sourdough! Pretty happy with it, as it tastes great, but know there is room for improvement! Would love any tips. I think it could have used a little longer in the oven but I like a lighter colored crust so was worried about overdoing it. I also cut into it after an hour but could have waited a bit longer before doing that as it was still warm and I couldn’t wait any longer!

Recipe and process:
-125g starter
-515g flour
-350g water
-9g salt
Pre-heated oven to 500 with Dutch oven and turned it down to 450 when I put the dough in. Baked for 30 minutes with the lid on, another 15-20 with the lid off.

    Further recipe instructions: I did 4 stretch and folds 30 minutes apart after letting the dough sit for about 45 min. I bulk fermented for about 7ish hours in the microwave with the light on (my apartment is cold and drafty). I shaped it and put it in the fridge overnight (about 11 hours).
