I like that we can customize the soup saltiness and the noodles texture. I love the soup and the pork was tender. The “volcano” ramen was cooked for a short while in front of us with a lid covered with opening at the top to release the smoke. The volcano ramen has way more vegetables in it too. The gyoza is normal and the pork ribs seemed to be glazed with honey. Btw, the free eggs are just normal hard boiled~
