Don't have a vacuum seal, so I just used some gallon freezer bags from the supermarket. 3 pounds of beef made around 10 burritos.

I didn’t follow a specific recipe, just mostly estimated. Here’s a loose guideline of what I did for the whole thing, though.

**Beef and bean burritos, makes 10**
    – 3 pounds of 80/20 ground beef
    – 1 can each of corn and black beans
    – 1 packet of Ortiega taco seasoning
    – 2 tbsp of Badia cajun seasoning
    – 1 tbsp of Kinder Roasted Garlic seasoning
    – 2 cups of shredded mexican cheese
    – Mission whole wheat tortillas, carb balance
    – 1 tbsp minced garlic
    – 1 tsp olive oil

    1. Brown ground beef over medium high heat, stirring occasionally to break up clumps. Cook until water evaporates and discard most of the fat.
    2. Season ground beef with above seasonings, stirring until browned to your liking, about 15 minutes. Set aside.
    3. In a separate pot, fry garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add drained black beans and corn, stirring occasionally. Once most of the moisture evaporates, lightly crush some of the beans and stir with corn. Season with cajun seasoning and roasted garlic seasoning. Set aside.
    4. Warm tortillas in a pan or the microwave, adding ground beef and bean mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Fold burritos and seal bottoms in a heated pan. Serve with any toppings or salsa, if desired.
    5. If not eating for the week, freeze in airtight bags or vacuum seal, if applicable.

Do the tortillas get kind of soggy after 3+ days? My tortillas have this horrible texture after a couple days in a bag

Yes. I made a similar thing the other week! Taco season ground beef, scrambled eggs, cheddar, salsa, and siracha burritos. Froze a bunch and pull them out as a snack on demand.
