And I don’t even know if that’s legal, but I made “Italian Style Sushi”
I used lasagna sheets and filled them with mixture of orzo noodles –
although Arborio (Risotto rice) is recommended – added some ricotta
and parmesan cheese, rolled it and prepared 2 different Pestos.
One is made with dried tomatoes, the other one is like Pesto Genovese.
