Awesome, that is at least two servings cooked.

This is how it should be. I always let our cooks take stuff home if I was going to toss it otherwise.

I despise places that have policies to throw things out no matter what. It’s so wasteful and petty.

As long as nobody is taking advantage and purposefully taking anything that are otherwise good

  3. Spinach velouté, spinach artichoke dip, spinach pasta man you bout to be popeye for a month.

You’ll yield one cup of spinach dip with that.

I’d freeze that to use in my smoothies.

Are you going to cook and freeze a bunch of it?

Could make some creamed spinach and freeze it for some sides. I do spinach and tomato egg scramble for breakfast every morning. The possibilities are endless!

Spinach and artichoke dip, salad/sides w/garlic, or for pasta would be my go to.

I have chickens, ducks, and rabbits. I am eternally grateful to be allowed to bring home any and all produce waste! It saves me so much on feed costs… I bring in eggs for the crew when I have extra.

I throw a wad into my fruit smoothies every morning. Good stuff. That’s a lot of smoothies right there!

My partner just said “Whoa, that’s a lot of spinach! What would you do with that much spinach”

He couldn’t fathom why I laughed at him.

Steam it, then squeeze the water out. Portion in ice cube trays and freeze for future convenience.
