I am oddly obsessed with tomatoes and eggs. I don't eat ketchup & I generally don't love tomato sauce… Like I order pizza without sauceš¤£, but stewed tomatoes with eggs, sign me up.
Pro-tip. Bake or boil several potatoes at ones. Keep them in your fridge to quick pan or oven crisp later.
