    My scoring isn’t that great either. I’ve noticed longer time in the fridge, and more tucking/ shaping/lamination/folds help the skin hold a score better, and finding the right balance between not too deep of a cut but still not too shallow for the decorative scores, and then deep for the ears and for the steam.
