I basically rotate through 3 types of bowls for my meals. They all share a base of riced cauliflower, a lean protein, and lots of veggies. Proteins include chicken, ground turkey, ground pork, 90/10 ground beef, tofu, and shrimp. Veggies generally include cucumber, tomato, beans, corn, cabbage, and onion.

I create an “Asian” bowl, using bang bang seasoning for the protein, kimchi, and topping with gochujong or sambal oelek.

I create a “Mexican” bowl using taco seasoning on the protein, and topping with hot sauce and cilantro.

I make a “Jamaican” bowl using jerk spice for the protein, and adding sliced plantains.

I plan on creating a “Greek” bowl and “Italian” bowl soon! My shopping list is easy because all the veggies overlap. The spices and flavors are just enough to keep it interesting throughout the week. Hope someone is inspired by these or finds this post helpful!
