Practice for Christmas Prime Rib
I will be smoking an 8 rib prime rib roast for Christmas. I wanted a practice run so I
Smoked a 3lb rump roast at 250 pulled at 136° rested 30 mins. Followed Meat Church prime rib recipe. Only thing I'd do different is pull at 140° since it was cold outside and the ambient temp wasn't consistent. Otherwise, I am ready for our Christmas feast!

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
