First time trying oklahoma style. I overcrowded the grill… the next ones will have a better crust.

    I’m a bit concerned that your griddle needs a replacement, especially if it’s non-stick.

    Looks good! I’ve made a bunch of these and only rec I have, besides avoiding overcrowding, is to slice the onions a lot thinner. Invest in a mandolin if you don’t have one

    I ran these as a monthly special with cold pack cheddar cheese, cherry coke bacon, and a spring onion mayo. They were insane. One of my customers knows George Motz from awhile back and sent him a pic, I couldn’t have been more stoked.
