    Honestly that’s the way to do it. You save so much money cutting your own steaks but you need a big family to eat it all before it goes bad or a vacuum sealer to freeze and preserve. I love using the vacuum sealer bags to freeze thick steaks because you can drop them directly into a Sous Vide.

    Gawt dayumm! I’m paying 3x as much for a whole roast choice grade with not even that nice of marbling. I’m pretty that’s not select grade. Mislabeled. Nice grab.
