I finally made my first loaf! After 4 years of on and off trying to grow my own starter, I finally made it!
I followed the recipe from the sub, step by step: https://www.reddit.com/r/Sourdough/s/c8EsYceVb1 and this was final proofed for 4 hours, the other half is in the fridge for tomorrows bake, just to see the difference it makes.
What do you think? How did I do? The cut could be a bit more bubbly, but for a first.. to me it’s perfect 😂 what could have I done to make it less dense?

Did you use steam? Or bake in a Dutch oven
I haven’t succeeded yet to achieve this result. My first attempt was a total failure. I hope I will be able to achieve a result as good as yours in a couple of months.
