🌟INGREDIENTS

Marinate the Chicken
•2 pounds (900g) boneless,
skinless chicken thighs (or breasts, if you prefer)
•1cup Greek yogurt or drained
•3tbsp Lemon juice
•1tbsp Chilli powder
•1tsp Oregano
•1tsp Salt
•1tsp Cumin powder
•1tsp Coriander powder
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tbsp Garlic paste
•1tbsp Onion powder
•1tbsp Paprika powder
•1/4tsp Cinamon powder
•3tbsp Olive oil
•1-2 tablespoons of Oil for cooking

Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce
•1 1/2cup Greek Yogurt
•2tbsp Lemon juice
•Lemon zest
•3tbsp fresh Coriander leaves (chopped )or dill
•1tbsp Olive oil
•1/2tsp Salt
•1/2tsp Fresh ground black pepper
•3-4 cloves of Garlic (minced)
•1/2tsp Red chili powder
•1 English cucumber small dice or grated
•Pita bread or naan
