  5. Somebody help! Would the same recipe (with the veggies and herb butter) work in the smoker? I want to make it in my ninja pellet grill on a smoker setting, but I’m not very experienced with it yet.

  6. What’s the seasoning measurements? I made one of your other recipes last Christmas for small family and it was entirely too salty 😢. I love trying your recipes but only when I have measurements for reference

  8. I have a question this will be my first rime making this so my question is how long would i cook it for well done and what temp? Like you said 5 min per pound so lets just 30 min on 500 buy again im looking for well done so would it be like two hours on five hundred then turn the oven off and let it sit in the oven for two hours.? Help plz also loce you cook book and aps
