I just got the ankarsrum mixer and it keeps turning my meringue into glue (Swiss method) I cannot tell why peaks will not form. I’ve changed nothing else about my method other than the mixer 🥲

    You might try reaching out to the manufacturer. If this thing can’t make good meringue I don’t know what it’s purpose in life is.
