My girlfriend and I got some thick bacon from a butcher, we also picked up some delicious blueberry honey from a farm. So my high ass decided to candy the bacon with the blueberry honey and make a smash burger with it. Mayo, mustard, grilled onions, horseradish pickles, raw jalepeno, blueberry honey bacon, muenster, gruyere and carolina reaper colby jack. Triple stack! I did not think it would be THAT good but the bacon was the star of the show.
