First attempt at burger buns, I’m pretty darn proud, they taste amazing

Very nice! One of my favorite things to bake are brioche buns and I recommend it.

Recipe: 420g flour 170g water (lukewarm) 9g instant yeast 28g butter 50g granulated sugar 8g salt 1 large egg (Approx 40g butter for glazing)
– Mix the wets – Add the drys – Knead – Proof for 1 to 2 hours (until doubled in size) – Ball up – Place on baking tray and press flat to approx 7.5cm diameter – Rest until puffy (1 hour-ish) – Glaze with butter – Bake at 190°C for 15 mins – Glaze again – Enjoy 🙂
