I ordered the pork sausage and roasted bell pepper pasta and definitely won't again since it comes with less protein and you have to remove it from the casing for the recipe. Why even send it in a casing?

Agree. It’s a gross, unnecessary step.

Maybe it’s a regional thing? I’ve always received ground sausage-it’s never been in a casing.

Probably depends on what they have in stock.. sometimes I get ground and sometimes it’s in casings

I’ve never received sausage in a casing, but I usually swap pork sausage for chicken if it’s available
