I followed this recipe. I halved the ingredients since this was my first time. I also only used bread flour instead of the mix of wheat and bread flour.

Oh and I didn’t do the full cold process… I was impatient and only left it in the fridge for 3 hours ish.

How’s it look? It tastes pretty good if I say so myself!

  1. Looks great. This is one of the better recipes I’ve seen, by the way, since it talks about fermentation in terms of targeted volume (and includes some times as a suggestion).
