How to make the best tomato soup and cheesy bread

Tomato basil soup
6 vine ripened tomatoes
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 vidalia onion
1/2 yellow onion
1 head roasted garlic
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Drizzle of olive oil

Add ingredients to a sheet pan and bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Remove but oven. Blend with 1/2 cup of broth, 1/2 c heavy cream, handful of basil, 1 tsp chicken Boullion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cheesy bread

1 loaf of Cuban bread
Softened unsalted butter
Italian seasoning
1/2 head roasted garlic
Hot honey
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley

Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread butter and roasted garlic on the bread. Season with Italian seasoning. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven, sprinkle more Parmesan, drizzle hot honey, and top with parsley.
