    If you don’t want to cut it, just do a hand roll. Less work too.

    I always dip the knife in water between cuts and it seems to help. They look great ! I usually make mine with similar ingredients I like to also add sweet potato tempura inside the rolls & sprinkle with black sesame seeds at the end 🙂
