Can’t go wrong with (cube) steak and potatoes!

    After seasoning with salt and pepper, I dredged the cube steak in a mixture of flour and Montreal steak seasoning and fried in butter and olive oil with minced onion over a medium high heat. Potatoes are gold potatoes with Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning and olive oil then roasted in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    Montreal seasoning is king on cube steaks. This looks heavenly. reminds me of my childhood
