Good job at the interview. If you get the job, go buy a cast iron and never cook a steak on non stick again. It is a great looking steak though, but when you took that heat to medium high to get that crust from that terrible pan you released the coating as non stick should never go above medium heat (IMO it should never be used in general) but above medium heat you release toxins from the coatings… so stop doing that.
