Cold Sear Method to cook the Perfect Steak | Miso Garlic Beans & Grilled Asparagus
This is my go-to recipe whenever I feel like a restaurant quality perfectly cooked juicy steak, paired with my favourite red wine, and served with sides of with asparagus and miso garlic beans. Dinner can be served in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
★2 pieces ribeye steak each weighing about 250g / 9oz
★150 g asparagus
★Salt season to taste
★Black pepper season to taste
★5 cloves garlic peeled
★1 tsp miso
★2 tbsp olive oil
★240 g canned cannellini beans or butter beans drain off the water
★1 cup milk about 150ml
