New guy just hit 3 weeks with us. I’ve showed him several times how to dispose the grease. I walk into this mess on my day back after being off yesterday. Double work am I right?

    I feel that. I’m glad all of our new guys aren’t dumb but have heard stories from our supervisor about some of the past guys
