Stuffed peppers, 62g protein!!!447 calories

456, 63 protein, 32g carbs, 6g fat

First time posting here!

Peppers
1. Preheat oven 400
2. Cut pepper in half length wise (remove seeds and try to clear out some space for the filling)
3. Tin foil on bottom of dish, spray with olive oil spray (I didnt count this in the recipe since I wont be consuming this, so if you really wanna track it go ahead!)
4. Place peppers in, hollow side up & spray with olive oil spray
5. Put it in the oven

Filling (Do after peppers are in the oven)
1. Spray nonstick pan/pot with some olive oil spray
2. Cook turkey (99%lean) on medium until browned
3. Mince garlic and throw that in when its mostly cooked
4. Pour in 1 (14.5oz)can of diced tomatoes (I used the one w seasonings already in it)
5. Finely chop up hella nappa cabbage (I did 2 big leaves, which was 100g)
6. Add to filling and stir to incorporate
7. Salt to taste

Assembly
1. Peppers should be looking kinda cooked at this point, so take them out
2. Fill them up with the filling!
3. Realize you made way too much filling
4. Dump a boatload of cottage cheese on top (Mine ended up to be 143g!)
5. Broil on high until the top gets kinda browned
5a. Be disappointed because its not aesthetic
6. Serve and enjoy!
6a. Eat the extra filling on the side because no wasting food (Included in total kcal for recipe)

Created this trying to clear out the fridge, actually turned out quite tasty 🙂
