My boyfriend made focaccia bread for the first time and it turned out amazing! I need to show it off! Nearly ate the whole thing in one sitting.

    Stand-alone (meaning only eating it as the bread itself for dipping, Average). However, as a sandwich focaccia with the seasonings and the tighter crumb, that would rock a sandwich in a panini. Great start!

    I think about focaccia as a good opportunity to have really nice, wet dough. 100-120% depending on the flour that I have available at the moment.

    I also like to put things that make it really pop in your mouth. My favourite is rosemary + halved cherry tomatoes + large salt crystals, all sprinkled on the top.
