Practice for next week. Homemade honeycrisp applesauce, sour cream, to the beet latke batter I added white pepper and huge amount of fresh Parmesan since eating beets is a wholly uninteresting experience. They turned out just as good, if not better than the potato ones. Also, I used red onion which I discovered is a pH indicator and turned green, probably from the baking powder 💚

I looove beets..i make an abc smoothie with apple beetand carrot and make root veggie hash browns that include beets .. beets are good just be aware they will turn your piss and shit red .. I’d fuck with these in a heartbeat
